We constantly get asked ’where do we start?’

Email us or give us a good old fashioned phone call- well have a chat and arrange a rendezvous.

Coffee rendezvous #1- Not just a ‘meet and greet’ over a coffee, we will cover what it is you are looking for and hoping to achieve, dive deeper into your story and how we can ensure the best results for your specific needs.

Your first consultation is free of charge until we both agree that we are a ‘perfect fit’. Then your Nomad stylist will go away and establish what type of package is ideal, based on the information you have provided. They will then send you a tailored proposal for you to look over and decide if we will meet up for..

Coffee #2-  After as much time as needed, if you decide you are happy with our proposal we will begin our journey by saving each others phone numbers as speed dials and having a champagne to seal the deal. Then it’s time to ‘get busy’.


Us Nomads can help you in the smallest way or we can plan your entire function/space from start to finish. Packages can range from $300 upwards depending on what you require. All vary and are tailored to your specific needs.

STYLE MOODBOARDS– Perfect to give to your suppliers so they understand your vision completely. Articulating what you have in mind can be difficult as everyone has their own interpretation. This ensures everyone involved is on the same page to achieve the best result possible.

HOURLY CONSULTATIONS– If you get a bit lost, run out of time, or just need a place to start. Suitable for weddings, special occasions, photoshoots and interiors.

CEREMONY AND RECEPTION DESIGN & STYLING–  We will customise a unique design specifically for you guys.  Source props, organise the hire items necessary, well even deal with a few of your suppliers to ensure the best end result. We’ll put together all of the styling details to make your big day everything you imagined and more. Your wedding day won’t be a recreated version of something you’ve already seen, it will be a unique and jaw-dropping space to reflect you as a couple.

ON THE DAY CO-ORDINATION– We get involved about one month from your big day, confirm suppliers, ensure all of your hard work planning pays off. This takes the pressure off you as it’s our job to make sure everything is executed perfectly on the day. The last thing you need, is to be worried about anything other than having the ‘best day of your life’.

SPECIAL OCCASION PLANNING/EXECUTION– Make your special function more memorable. We cover events such as engagement parties,  special birthdays, baby showers, hens days and many more.

PHOTOSHOOT STYLING – Both for businesses/brands, for loved ones or just for yourself. We devise a concept or work with your own to capture something unique. Eg- styled engagement shoot or branding advertising and product related shoots.
